The Science Club's pet hamster, Einstein, is a bit restless in his cage, so Mrs Khan suggests that the Science Club start investigating animal and plant habitats. They discover the huge range of different habitats around the world, from the school pond to the vast Amazon rainforest, and find out how animals adapt to live in particular places. At the end of the project, the Science Club use what they have learned to make Einstein's cage even better. Each story in this series features funny illustrations and includes simple experiments for readers to try for themselves.
