American children's animated comedy in which a Rottweiler police dog is tasked with going undercover at a high-class dog show. When a baby panda is under threat of being stolen by smugglers, canine detective Max (voice of Ludacris) and his human partner Frank (Will Arnett) must race against time to rescue the tiny panda and put a stop to the evil animal smugglers. Can Frank assemble an elite team of pooches to save the day? Voice talents also include Stanley Tucci, Shaquille O'Neal and RuPaul.
